As expected!
Look solid! Excited to try although I needed to read more carefully as I didn’t see they were sold separately until after I’d paid

If you struggle, ask for assistance.
Excellent product, and really useful for anyone attempting to learn strict pull ups or assisted muscle ups, and need to take off a few KG to build up.Do not use if you are looking to be assisted with Kipping pull ups
