Review: Ok Review: This is one of the best Residential Floor Plan book. I am a Architect and Realtor, and I always enjoy reding residential books for design ideas. Especially the book with floor plan drawing in them. This book have all. It have the photos and floor plans together. So you can guide yourself thru the floor plan and tour the place with photos. The only draw back about this book are not all the photos in high quality resulution. Some of the photos are old and dated. But this book still is a great value.

Great pictures and coverage of different scale luxury home plans with nice, colored pictures for context

You hear of some of the features in these homes and think wow, This house will be glamorous but the designers of them have poor usage, bad scale to name a few things. These houses are really rather ugly on the inside. The designers who do the interiors afterwards have a hard making them meet expectations. The items they use are great in themselves but this stuff lacks cohesiveness.
