Great sturdy and easy pull out tray for cleaning and easy to fold away when not used

Unfortunately despite the packaging, a huge flat cardboard box appearing satisfactory on arrival when we opened it the tray was broken and two of the hinges had very sharp edges, appeared bent and would have been dangerous to both humans and animals. There were significant gaps on the door area when we assembled it. Even my compliant cat who is used to crates would have had fun getting the doors opened easily.A return has been agreed with the supplier however since I ordered the extra large a trip to the post office is not an option and I'm working on getting it returned by courier but expecting a hefty charge.If ours hadn't been damaged to a level where we have to try return it and the cost is too much to write off I suspect it would be a good product

Excellent! Essentially a pop up crate though very sturdy. Double doors are good.We have 12 week old beagle, lots of room though don’t believe too much. Space to grow into - got the large crate.Would really recommend.

Very sturdy and kept our pet safe and well. Item has been sold on as he has now grown into a bigger crate

This is used at night with our Westie. He loves using it and goes into it when he wants to feel safe. Good solid item.

Was ok but one of the bars easily moved out of.place which meant a kitten escaped,luckily we caught it but I wouldn't by the same one again
