Is this thing no need to rinse? my cat have t.foetusi and running on my carpet (whole carpet in my room) and it’s hard to wash or rinse....thx

My understanding is that the active ingredients that kill bacteria degrade with time and exposure to air. This stuff seems harmless and we do not actually rinse off when using on our pet's stuff. We just spray on and wipe off, sometimes using a damp cloth but often just with paper towels to dry the surface. So far so good.

Neighbor mass feeding wild pidgeons, starlings and magpies. Result my fences, apples and veg covered in their poo. Can i use this on them?

Do you mean to clean the fruit and vegetables? F10 is very safe to be used near animals, so I guess there is no problem using it to clean fruit and veg if you wash it off. I feed birds myself, but am careful not to put food where the birds become a nuisance, can you ask your neighbour to place food in a different place.

Can i use this for snake clean up. Cages racks etc

I use it for birds (cages and perches and everything else), but supposedly is not toxic at all when diluted, so I can't see why not.
