I absolutely love this rechargeable and portable heated massager! The different intensity levels and modes make it perfect for working on different joints of my body and I love that I control whether or not I want heat. The fact that it’s rechargeable is amazing and you aren’t tied to a wall plug! It has helped ease my low back pain and also helps to loosen muscles knots in my neck that causes severe headaches! I am so glad I settled on this particular product.

Of all the gimmicky things I've bought over the years, I really thought this would just be yet another one. Boy, was I wrong. It really works. The kneading motion is hard enough to actually do something and it is quiet. I'm not sure why they give the little velcro strap that does absolutely nothing, but I'm really glad I bought this thing.

It arrived on time. It was as advertised. It feels really good as long as I dont put too much pressure. I dont like that it shuts off after 15 minutes and that the heat doesn't get very hot I can hardly feel it.

Do NOT get the cordless version. Only runs for 15 minutes after charging for several hours. The other corded plug-in version works great, but NOT the cordless. (also it must be charged to use, you cannot directly plug it in and use when the battery is dead.)

I highly recommend! I came across this product while searching for something that will help with pain and soreness from a pinched nerve in my neck. It has definitely given me relief and I was able to stop taking pain medication after a few uses. It is easy to use and charges pretty fast. The quality is great for the price I paid.

Great product that exceeded my expectations

I was hoping that because this model is light that maybe it would’ve a good fit for me, a petite female. However it has a hard piece of plastic at the top of the massager that keeps me from positioning this in such a way that is gets the tops of my shoulders or between shoulder blades. Otherwise the mechanics are good, the heat is good temp, it’s strong and good controls to customize. *I am updating review after being contacted by Nekteck. They reached out to me and offered a replacement unit to see if I'd like it better. I would say the success of this unit depends on how it fits your body. It's a great unit, very well made and the heat is better than most! Again for some reason the body mechanics doesn't mesh with my shoulders, but I"m pretty small and that could be why. However what I love about this unit is that I can use it on other areas of my body like legs and lower back due to the way the velcro and straps are designed. This is a really great feature and their customer service is top notch. I'd definitely take a chance that this fits your body better than mine because if it does, this is an excellent product.

I recently purchased the Nekteck Cordless Neck and Back Massager, expecting a convenient and easy-to-use device. While the massager itself works well and provides good relief for muscle tension, I was disappointed to find that it does not come with a charger. This was not clearly mentioned in description. Require a separate charger purchase (5V/ 24watt), not usually found at home, adding extra cost. If you’re considering buying this, be aware that you need to purchase a compatible charger separately.

Working well but after 9 months not working anymore. supplier is very responsible, give me the refund, i really appreciated. this is a trustworthy supplier, will get product from them again in future

I have brought two of these they are pretty good , one didn’t work so well the company is actually amazing to deal with and are all about making their customers happy as with out any questions they after to send another one , I highly rate their customer service

Wonderful, it really works and I love I can put it on my lower back and the traps holds it. It doesn’t take long to charge it and the battery lasts enough to do a whole massage. It arrived extremely quickly and great condition. Thank you :)
