I didn't think that I needed to take any sort of a supplement to help support memory, but in the past several months with my kids home, I've realized that my focus has been divided a lot more than I realized. I read up on gingko biloba and ginseng, and decided to try a product that offered both to help keep me on my toes. Within a week, I noticed that my memory is so much better - so much so that I'm thinking that I've been off my game a lot more than I even realized. The supplements are a manageable size, and easy to take, so it was quite easy to add them to my nutritional regiment.

I was a bit skeptical about this, but since I had read that gingko could be beneficial for memory and may provide other benefits, I decided to order and give it a try. Since I take other supplements, I felt it would be a month or more before I might know whether it's helping or not. Remarkably, I started feeling positive effects only a few weeks into taking these - actually it was earlier than that... but I didn't really believe the results until I was 2-3 weeks out. The noticeable results: I definitely feel calmer and clearer. This must be where the memory support comes in, over time, because being calmer and clearer would certainly seem to enhance your memory. Will purchase again.

I've heard a good deal of information about ginseng and its impact on memory and mental clarity, so I was curious enough to try it and see if it lives up to the hype. It does. I feel *sharper* mentally and more focused, less scattered. I was leery initially, because I've seen anecdotal reports connecting ginseng to perhaps TOO much energy or even agitation, and as one on the anxious side of life, those are states I wanted to majorly avoid. No worries. I actually feel calmer and more collected since taking these. I do take them every other day, instead of every day, and that seems to be optimal level for me. The capsules themselves are easy to swallow, I found, and I haven's experienced any kind of negative side effects. so I feel very comfortable recommending this supplement.

I’ve been taking these for about two weeks now. The pills are capsules and not that big for anyone concerned with size. I honestly can’t say one way or the other whether they actually work on not, if anything I do feel a bit more focused but not sure if that’s the pills or if just a placebo effect from having taken the pills. Think I would need to take longer off and on to make a real determine outcome.

I notice a difference after about ten days - mainly when I wake up, my mind is clear! I usually don't become fully "awake" until I have my morning expresso/coffee, which has been the norm for years. However, I notice the positive effect of this supplement after ten days of having the daily doze - I wake up with clarity of mind. Since I have only just started taking the supplement, I have yet to see how this improves with memory.

I have been taking these supplements while in class and I think I feel a difference. For what it's worth I am actively trying to do well in my class so my own willpower might have something to do with my results but I am a believer in things working together so the supplements probably make being more studious a little easier.

My title sums up my thoughts. This is not a miracle pill and shouldn't be treated as such. This is a supplement that you can take regularly in order to help and maintain proper memory function. Like any supplement talk to your doctor to make sure it doesn't conflict with any prescription drugs you are taking. From my own experience I haven't felt that insane of a difference, but in the same regard do you feel a difference in your bones when you take vitamin C?
