It's outer layer is a stretch polyester that keeps the elements at bay for you, with the help of our water repellency/freeze resistance (dwr) application, which effectively repels water, ice and snow. Slim yet incredibly warm, moisture-wicking and odor resistant, the inner layer is constructed with polartec classic 100 polar fleece. Double-layer design creates a neutral air zone between fabrics, keeping temperature inside your neck gaiter stable for long-lasting comfort. And because the sun still burns, no matter how cold it is outside, the double layer thermal neck tube gives you protection from 99% of harmful uv rays, with a upf (ultraviolet protection factor) 50+ rating.
