The helmet is very sturdy and good quality. Unfortunately the padding does give you a bit of a mushroom head.

As Expected

Lets be honest, its a $30 helmet... You are getting your moneys worth. Chin strap could be more comfortable, but its not bad either. Could also be a tad softer inside, but again it's not uncomfortable. It comes off super easy with a quick release mechanism. It's fine $30 helmet.
