Can this run at 4K with 120Hz?

Caution.  The original answer is misleading.  While it's true that "it is only as good as the signal it's given and the output device limitations" this misses an important specification.  It is not enough to say this device can transmit a 4K signal (this is the resolution spec), it must also specify the FREQUENCY, also called the refresh rate, typically stated in "Hz" (hertz/cycles to second).  So the full spec should look like "4K @ 30 Hz" as in the original question.  Here's the problem;  many new 4K TVs run as high as 120 Hz (so 4K @ 120 Hz) which is why the original question was asked.  If this transmitter/receiver only provides 4K @ 30 Hz (which is the case for many of the transmitters I've researched) then your new TV's picture quality will be significantly impacted.  If you want full value out of your 4K TV with one of these transmitter/receiver sets then you should match the TV's FULL specs to those of the transmitter.

I would like to use this with a video camera. Are there any issues with audio / video synchronization. Are mouths in sync with words?

I am using this device to watch movies on a projector from a desktop that is streaming movies.  The audio video so far has had no sync issues or delays.  It works like an HDMI cable to the monitor.  My desktop is about 15-20 feet from the projector.  Like a cellphone sometimes simultaneously charging the transmitter and using it at the same time caused connection issues.
