Can i use this on heat, like plastic engine covers

Hello, Thanks for the message, this is not a heat proof paint, so I would not like to advise. Kind Regards Opie Oils

Will it coat polycarbonate?

Yes it will , make sure u degrease thoughly before spaying

How well will this work on an already painted bicycle?

If you prep it correctly and it's plastic it will work fine

How many coats/passes are needed to hide the underlying plastic colour?

I did first 2 passes on my motorcycle fairing to cover the yellow on my 1997 yzf 600r I left for 10 minutes then did 2 more passes so in total is 4 passes. Hope this helps.
