Not good quality
I purchased this Shilajit from Amazon, and it turned out to be quite solid and sticky, almost like hardened wax. It’s usually supposed to be light and easy to scoop, but this batch isn’t up to standard.

I just received this Shilajit resin today and tried it right away. Even after the first use, I noticed a noticeable boost in my energy and overall focus. It doesn’t really have a strong taste, which makes it easy to take, and the texture is thick and authentic — exactly what you’d expect from a high-quality resin. I was a bit sceptical, having read the amazing feedback. Still, I have to be honest and say that the product is of exceptional quality, not too bitter as reported by some, although this could be my tolerance level. I feel better, I sleep better, but not yet the benefits I'd hoped for. It has only been a week, so I shall persevere. By the way, the delivery was very fast, too.
