Great insider knowledge
This book gives great insider knowledge and demistifies the finishing touches used by chefs. The illustrations are in full colour and there are step by step instructions. Being a trainee chef myself I feel confident that I can now present food with a more flared plate

Secret Presentations from 1985 maybe
I was expecting from this book to blow my mind with modern and innovative presentation techniques, instead I found a very basic and dated book. Some presentation seems to have been made by a child, not impressed.

NOT GOT ITEM!
It has been more than a month, and I have not yet recieved this item! The estimated delivery time was VERY large, however, they haven't even kept to that.Unreliable.

Food Presentation Secrets
I can't remember what I paid for this book, but I wish I had kept my money. It is dated in parts and sadly has no "wow" factor. Think I shall donate it to Oxfam.
