Perfect
PerfectFor fourty years I have been working by the table with my upper back and neck bent for years. I am an older preson now, and had to use physiotherapy for my spine occasionaly for many years and spet quite a lot money for it. It is three years since I am practising Holden's Qi Gong for upper back and neck twice a week, and I don't need physiotherapy any more. It doesn't hurt me any more, I am more flexible now then ten years ago. Thanks Holden

Balanced exercise, easy to follow
As usual Lee does not disappoint! I love the long and short routine option, as most people don't have an hour of time to excercise daily. Lee is a very good teacher! The practice of qigong on a daily basis has helped me keeping those horrible tension headaches for more than 3 years, since I started practicing.

This works for me!
Having suffered from neck and upper back/ shoulder pain for years on & off, and liking Lee Holden’s style Ibought this DVD. After the first practice I wished I’d bought this years ago, my neck pain and stiffness has gone!! With regular practice I hope to keep it that way!

Lee Holden is a fantastic QI Gong teacher. I have 3 of his dvd's and love doing them all. I feel more relaxed and experience less pain since following the exercises.
