The Supreme Demi water oven offers unparalleled cooking convenience in a compact countertop appliance. Designed to simplify meal preparation using the sous vide (pronounced soo-veed) culinary technique, the supreme makes it easy to have gourmet quality meals ready at the end of the day with minimal hands-on time. The process involves vacuum sealing food in food-grade pouches and immersing them in a water bath to cook at a very consistent, precise temperature. With the Supreme Water Oven System, it's as easy as heating water. Just season your dish, vacuum-seal in food-grade pouches, simmer in the Supreme water bath, and serve. At the touch of a button, the Supreme cooks food to perfection. Vacuum-sealed bags lock in flavour and preserve nutritional quality, resulting in dishes with premium taste and texture. The precise temperature control and slow-cooking times consistently produce outstanding meals-steak cooked medium-rare edge-to-edge; vibrant vegetables; tender, juicy chicken breasts; and ribs with meat falling off the bone. It even saves money, easing the strain on tight budgets by making tough cuts, such as flank steak or brisket, as tender as filet mignon for a fraction of the cost. Leaking!
We bought this product in June 2016 - so we have had it over 3 years - that said I would expect it to have years of use in it... not so - we are just about to replace it because this one leaks like crazy - I have currently got it standing in a bowl so I can catch all the water- I just hope the meat we re cooking will be OK. Very disappointing given the cost - I truly believe items of this alleged quality, given the far from heavy domestic use it has endured, should last for a good few years more.

Everything about the product met with my expectations except for slight pitting of the inside of the container. Only pin-head-size, but quite clearly apparent in a few places under the water line. I have always drained the container each time after use, then dried it, according to the instructions. Now I have lightly coated the surface with cooking oil as I would with a frying pan after washing it. I'll see how the surface looks in a few weeks time, although I would not expect any oxidation of the aluminium container to occur, regardless of cost. Having said all that, it does "what it says on the tin".

easy to use and exciting addition to my kitchen
A well made, easy to use and exciting addition to my kitchen. Controllable cooking with dependable results has made restaurant standard food within the reach of amateur cooks like myself. There is a learning curve and some trial and error but there was when I started my culinary journey many years ago. Would definitely recommend.

Expensive but worth it!
Great service from the manufacturer and the product has been faultless so far. It is on the large side but there it's a real quality feel to the product.

Just tried some slow cooked eggs and they were perfect. Steak for tea
Ordered Tuesday, arrived Wednesday despite Amazon saying it would be 7-10 days. Just tried some slow cooked eggs and they were perfect. Steak for tea! Good looking and functioning product, easy to unwrap and use immediately.

Ottima scelta
