Saire LTE Softside Expandable Luggage with Spinner Wheels, Black, 3-Piece Set (Carry On/Medium/Large)

Typical Samsonite luggage set comes in 3 sizes, carry on size, middle size and the large size. I prefer the fabric set over hard shell luggages because they have the flexibility to expand and fit more stuff in. At the price point $150-$200 per set, these are the mid price range samsonite luggage set, offering average quality on the handle design, fabric and zippers. Used them for about 3 long distance trips now, fabric has been holding up ok, some scratches on the corners, I liked the blue color, but is not very dirt resistant, few zipper heads fell part and zipper pulls are missing due to airport handling. So I got luggage covers to keep them clean and protect the zippers pulls. The wheels are still good considering they are still young in life.

these are amazing. they roll so smoothly, hold a ton of stuff, look clean and professional, carry well, and hold up in the car and on a cruise. they allow for some expandability, so they are more functional than a hard case. they withstood being over packed and traveling. the locks work, and they are very durable

I like this luggage but have to close the zipper very slowly and carefully or the zipper skips teeth.

Great set of luggage. Get on sale. Watch inventory levels. Good wheels zippers handles and good inside with light color fabric. This is a repeat purchase for us.

Purchased just the large suitcase of this set in 2 colors - the dimensions listed on the site are correct (unlike another set I purchased and had to return because it was huge). This large one is less than 62 linear inches - if larger than 62 is oversize on most airlines. I have not used it yet, but it seems very sturdy (equivalent to our last set that we had over 10 years) Love the rivets on the handles, and extra protections spots too.

Samsonite is a great company with great products. This set of three suitcases is lightweight and durable, but has two major problems. I tried to get a hold of someone to communicate this issue, but can’t seem to get a hold of anyone. The first problem is that the measurements are off by 3 inches on all three size suitcases. The measurements say that it is approved by airlines, but when you add 3 inches to each suitcase, they are no longer airline friendly and you will have to pay extra or not be able to take it on board. The other issue is that the larger two suitcases are weak in the middle and could crush your items in the middle of the suitcase while both ends are sturdy. Seems like they measured the suitcase itself while not including 2 inches for the wheels and 1 inch for the handle. Airlines measure the whole suitcase, including wheels and handles. The measurements are falsely advertised, because even when I measured the the luggage box itself not including the wheels and handles, it is still over half an over half an inch larger than their posted measurements. Please consider their other great products if you are planning on flying.

More purple than expected. Wish I'd gotten black, but really nice suitcases, great price on sale. Samsonite is worththe money. I debated on soft versus hard. Not sorry I chose the soft. Glad to have the 3 sizes

I love softsided Samsonite luggage, they are the best luggage. I have not used this set yet, but it seems great - very light, smooth and easy rolling, strong zippers, and the three suitcases can be fit one inside the next. All of that is great. The reason I cannot give this five stars is that it is definitely NOT the colour shown in the image. I ordered the Caribbean blue suitcases, which look bright blue in the image. The actual suitcases are a very muted blue-grey in colour. There is nothing Caribbean about this shade of blue, and that means the suitcases will not be immediately recognizable from a distance on the luggage belt.

Teniendo en cuenta el precio y la marca de estas maletas la verdad es que fue muy buena compra, las maletas ya las use y al menos sobrevivieron a los maltratos de aeropuertos entonces bien por ahora

Very poor quality zippers, 2nd trip and zippers are having issues splitting open. Item is about 1 yr old. This is unacceptable for a brand name luggage set
