Toddler hasn’t figured it out yet. A little annoying for the adults, but the peace of mind is worse it. Really like the brown color against our dark cabinets - they do not stick out like a sore thumb. Make sure you don’t reverse the lock - we did that once and our toddler was able to get into the cabinet.

Tried this brand due to previous reviews and price to be primarily used on kitchen cabinet handles to secure them closed (in case of small earthquakes). They have been working. So, I bought another pack as I have more cabinets and to double the "security" on few of them.
