Not 5 star experience but 5 star product
I originally bought the two pack clear and dark and received two clear, which is the only reason I'm giving it four stars. I said I would return one clear in exchange for the dark but they're allowing me to keep it and sending a free black glue. Their response was professional and only a few hours after my initial email when I was warned it may take several days.. Very nice.I've yet to receive my dark glue so my review may change seeing as it's almost been a week and my original order took around four or five days. But the product itself is great and works for more than just lashes!
