Great quality pans - contrary to the box, the milk pan DOES work with my induction hob
Great pans, great quality. Thick base. Interestingly, the box says that the milk pan doesn't work with induction hobs, and also underneath the milk pan it doesn't read 'induction' like it does on all the others. However.... I have a CDA induction hob, and the milk pan works fine on it.

Son passato dal gas all'induzione e ho potuto salvare solamente le padelle che, molto più recenti delle pentole, son risultate già adatte al nuovo sistema. La mia precedente batteria di pentole per il gas era della Lagostina e... mi è durata 40 anni! Inutile dire che la soddisfazione per la qualità riscontrata mi ha indotto a cercare nuovamente il marchio... così, alla fine, mi son portato a casa questo set. Beh, ragazzi, visto il prezzo stracciato, devo dire la verità, non mi aspettavo la qualità superlativa che riscontro in questa nuova batteria. Le pentole son belle pesanti, dotate di fondi molto spessi. Vanno sul gas, sull'induzione e perfino in forno. Lucide, esteticamente molto belle, naturalmente non temono la lavastoviglie e le linee bombate non impediscono di impilare i pezzi in un massimo di 2 colonne. Naturalmente validissimi anche i coperchi, leggeri e funzionali. Per ciò che serviva a me, son convinto di aver fatto il miglior acquisto che potessi fare.

Ces jolies casseroles Lagostina ont fait un long voyage pour me parvenir, preuve en est l'état du carton !! Un emballage Amazon n aurait pas été superflu. Heureusement, à l intérieur, chaque casserole était envelopée de papier de soie et calée par des cartons découpés à mesure. Donc pas de dégâts ! Elles sont splendides et de belles factures. La chaleur se diffuse très bien grâce au triple fond, laissant les aliments parfaitement cuits. Les poignées étaient chaudes mais pas trop, permettant de s en servir sans problème. Pour le lavage, pas de souci, si besoin est, quelques gouttes de vinaigre blanc les rendent brillantes comme au sortir de leur caisse. Je suis pleinement satisfaite de cet achat !
