Not clear how much magnesium oxide is in this product? Disappointed in Reflex for misleading product name!!!

I take it for the Mg content, which is 125mg per capsule. Also, Mg bisglycinate is absorbed by the body much more efficiently than Mg Oxide. If you want Mg Oxide, I’d go for a different product.
