These scissors are a bit crude. The "polish" is rough and harder to keep clean than better quality snips, the blade thickness and grind angles are also inconsistent. The opening and closing are also very stiff, but with some slight bending that can be improved. Definitely not medical quality IMO, but useful for other tasks that require less precision.

These are sharp and easy to use and to clean.

I got these to trim very small braided copper wires in electronics (shields & center conductors of small-diameter coaxial cable, to prepare for attaching connectors). They work great for this purpose. Very sturdy construction.
