Can you spray paint this black?

Definitely. I intend doing just that with one I purchased. Was so impressed I ended up buying a second. Likely I will buy a third for the conservatory. Great value, sturdy, easy to assemble. Have one as a drinks console, the other in the hallway. Narrow depth makes them versatile yet plenty of storage/display space. My sister now has one with her huge smart TV on the top and it looks great as well.

Can I fit 32cm vinyl record sleeves on the shelves?

No. The depth of this VASAGLE Console Table is 30 cm.

will my record albums (32cm) fit between the shelves? I don't mind them overhanging by a couple of cm's

No. The height of the two shelves of this item is 30 cm. This VASAGLE Console Table may not be high enough for your 32 cm record albums.

It should be possible to put threaded castor wheels on this table if it already has threaded adjustable feet. Is this correct?

Hello Albert. Although this VASAGLE Console Table has threaded adjustable feet, we do not recommend you put castors on as the stability of the unit might be compromised.
