Actually helps relieve ALL of the pain from Plantar Fasciatis
I had really bad plantar fasciatis and had heard reviews that rolling these could help with working out the pain.Pros: They work! I am now reporting after 2 years of use, the pain is completely gone and I have healed up. A few minutes of rolling in the morning or when seated for long periods of time really helps mitigate the pain. I had tried everything but surgery (stretches, boots, socks, etc.)...these balls really work! The secret is to roll on them when first getting out of bed - this seems to loosen up the tendons/fascia and allows real healing.3 pack was good as I keep one at the office and one at home, with the small one for travel.Cons: Strong plastic odor at first but it dissipated over several weeks.
