Can I use it to make perfume or it's already done? I mean ready to use?

This is ready to use smells great

Which size is the roll on ?

Mine did not come with a roll-on dispenser nor did I want it to . . . refillable roll on dispensers are available separately on Amazon in a variety of sizes and price points.

Does the % fragrance content equal that of real parfum? aftershave 1-3%; cologne 5%; eau de toilette 10%; eau de parfum 15%

It is fragrance oil. I am no scientist but would consider this product the 100% used to achieve the smaller percentages that you mention in the question.

Bad Quality

The quality of this 1 million oil is horrible. You can barely smell it, then after it's applied to the skin...the little fragrance it does have fades within 15-20 min. I also ordered this same fragrance from a different company (off Amazon) and tried it on the same time I tried Grand Parfum's version and their version's smell is still bold while the area I put Grand Parfums version smell like nothing was ever there.
