How long should I take it after I see results?

I'm not sure. I ordered my first bottle and it looked different than this one and it seemed to work right away. The next two bottles looked different. They looked like the one pictured here, but I am not seeing as much results and now I have developed a rash around my eyes. Trying to figure out if this is doing it because I am not taking anything else that is new.
