Why does the lip balm have a chemical taste?

The chemical taste may come from natural ingredients like beeswax or essential oils, which can have unique flavors. This varies from person to person and is not a product issue. It’s a natural occurrence, so it’s safe to use.

Why is the lip balm too hard to use?

The balm may feel hard due to natural ingredients like beeswax or shea butter. Remove the oil film with a tissue and twist out 1-2mm before use. If exposed to cold, warm it up with body heat or at room temperature.

Why does the lip balm not show any color when applied?

The oil film protects the balm. Remove it with a tissue for the best color. Dead skin can affect color payoff. Use the balm for 1-2 weeks to exfoliate and see more vibrant color. For stronger color, try Lux Triple Cure Lipstick.
