Not Recognized Media Size (Printer says wrong size and will not print)

I've bought and used many off-brand labels for my 3 Brother label machines and every once in a while we will get a bad cartridge. I don't make a fuss about it, but this is the first time not a single cartridge has worked. I bought 10 of these and can't get any to work. I had just printed a bunch using the last of another off-brand without any issue. To my surprise, when I changed cartridges it indicated i had a .94 cartridge (the wrong size) and if I wanted to continue. After several more cartridges and attempts all with varying size errors I gave up. Requesting a full refund.I've attached images
