Almost Brilliant But Needs Factory Pimping
Delivery quoted in weeks but arrived in days. Very good! A serious, and seriously useful, piece of kit... But: as critics elsewhere have pointed out, there are some dangerously sharp edges which took me 30 minutes to remove (file plus wet and dry paper). I've no doubt the makers will bring out a Mark II without this irritating problem. So far I have only used it once and any failures were down to me rather than the device. I wanted to smoke a 3 kg brisket long and slow. In the past I have done well using a Minion ring on a Weber kettle barbecue, with time to reach the desired internal temperature being around 8 1/2 hours. Not realizing quite how effective the Slow 'N Sear would be, I put the meat on after lunch, having followed the brief but adequate instructions to the letter. After 10 1/2 hours the brisket had not quite reached the desired internal temperature (stall!) though the original charcoal was still burning. I took the brisket off because I needed to go to bed. Not quite cooked: down to me, NOT the Slow 'N Sear. A definite 5 for performance, but spoiled by those sharp edges.

First of all the Slow n Sear came to my door in like 3 days, and I live in Greece! Yeah! These people are good!I have it for a month now and I just love it. Its really a set and forget device for your kettle and the food is super moist.I didn't notice any rough edges on it and let me tell you this thing is built like a tank, probably will last longer than your kettle.If you are a BBQ enthusiast and have a Weber kettle (or any other kettle for that matter) is a must have accessory.The only bad thing I can say about Adrenaline Barbecue Company is that they don't sell in Europe the Drip n Griddle Pan to have as a set.Just buy it you'll thank me later. well... them not me but... you know.

slow 'n sear is an excellent grilled companion
slow 'n sear is an excellent grill companion,quality is not discussed, but there are a couple of points that could be improved:1) It is very difficult to clean the water tank2) Dimensions impose limits on the cooking surface, especially when cooking more things.3) It would have been nice if temperature tests had been made with briquettes of other brands (eg Weber), unfortunately those of kingsford are impossible to find in Europe.For the rest I am very satisfied,with the arrival of September I will finally be able to try to smoke in low 'n slow without the fear of smelling my neighbors

quality equipment and i have been using it for a few months now and it does the job well. useful bit of kit and fits my weber kettle snugly. Fairly quick delivery and i can definitely recommend it :)
