Good quality, and a good size. I thought it was too big at first, but it’s needed. It does leak a few drops into the main compartment, but I’d rather refuse the parcel with a few drops of rain on it than either have it dumped on my door step, and it dripping, or not delivered at all. The colour is nice, it fits a shoe box in comfortably. It’s very secure as it has a keep opening and a tipping top, so the parcel disappears when it goes inside. It was challenging to install. You may need a handy person if you’ve not got a strong enough drill. Two people to install would be ideal, although my husband managed with the use of two arms and a knee. It is heavy, and so whilst this helps the functionality and security, it does make it difficult to fit. Purely for time saving and ease, this is a must buy!

Fab! Really quite substantial. Larger than I anticipated which is not a negative. Little hydraulic ram on the lid ensures a smooth action and adds that touch of quality. Has proven it's worth already, keeping a number of my purchases secure which would otherwise have spent the day lying in my front porch on display to passers-by. You will need a drill and a ratchet set or spanner to install it, but it is quite easy to do. It states that it is a two man job, but if you use the box that it arrives in as a stand while you fix it to the wall, it can easily be done on you own. Very pleased with this product. Don't know why I didn't get one ages ago. It would have saved a lot of anxiety. 😊👍

Better quality than expected for the price. Easy to mount though definitely a 2 person job due to size and weight. I like the bar code that can be registered to my address for proof of courier delivery. Seems large enough for most packages, so very practical.

A fantastic product. Looks great on the wall. Easy to fix and use. The postman and the couriers use it so the neighbours are not disturbed and parcels etc are not left on the doorstep. It fits a large shoe box with ease.

Been looking for a while and reviews of others worried me, this was smaller than I wanted but customers seem to be happy. So I placed my order, delivery time was great, came safely packaged, first thoughts are great, it seems very well made and decent quality. All the supplied fitting are good, has 3 keys which is nice. Now the box is surprisingly good size and fits decent size parcels in, only been up a few days so can’t say regards future, but it seems like it will be pretty waterproof, good slope for water to run off. Very happy with this.

Early days perhaps to give 5 stars but I am pleased with the product. The construction is very good, no sharp edges, Sheet metal is decent thickness. The door has a 2 point locking mechanism which is unusual. Bolts an drawl plugs supplied are unusually of good spec. I did try installing alone but the instructions are correct in that it really iss a 2 person job not because of weight but needing to locate holes and feed fittings inside unit while holding it up. We also rested on a s5ool and some blocks to keep it at right height.

I bought this for my grandad (he was missing all his deliveries by being to slow to answer the door) it is ideal for small to medium parcels, it was easy enough to install and most delivery drivers send you a pic of the individual barcode from inside the lid for confirmation of delivery. I would recommend.
