I cannot find a volume chart anywhere in instructions. How much for firm?

trial and error to suit youre preference

I would like to know how large is the parcel you send the pillow in My organisation accepts only parcels 20 x 30 cm max.

It's quite a large parcel, I think around 30cm x 70..?

Does this travel pillow need to be emptied with every move or is it carried around full? Don't want to damage it.

I certainly wouldn't travel with it full

dont know the exact volume it holds but you just fill it to the softness/firmness to suit you. i love mine, but you couldnt have a pillow fight with it, be prepared for the weight.
