Great case for my FiiO CP13 portable cassette player. It fits inside pretty tightly, but it protects it pretty well. I've dropped it a few times, and my player didn't get scratched, and luckily for me, didn't break. I keep the charge cord in the netting inside, so ignore that its crooked in the case.

at first i was unsure if i should get it but i really needed a holder for my cassette player so i thought why not, so i bought it and i just got it in last night and i'm already using it around, its wonderful and it holds the cassette player very beautifully and it also has a really cool mesh pocket on the inside and i can cling it to just about anything, it is very much a good buy! i would totally come back for another one its high quality material.

For some reason I cannot return this item!!! It is too small and my player does not fit.

There isn't much to compare this with, since most people do not use cassette tapes, or walk around with them. I can use it and do housework at the same time. I have an old language learning tape bundle that I am mostly using it for, as well as music mixes I put together a long time ago.

This looked to be a nice cassette player case. I measured my device (Fiios CP13) and it looked like it would be a good fit. Because the case had rounded corners, the Fiios cassette player did not fit (the Fiios CP13 has very squared off edges). So unfortunately I had to return it.

I got this for my Tomashi cassette player I recently got from Amazon, as that player didn’t have any way of carrying it. The player fits snuggly inside this carrier and is protected well. It has a wrist loop for easy carrying, and also a belt loop which is my preferred method. The fact that the case has some padding makes me feel safer if I do accidentally bump it into anything. There is a small inside pouch for small iPod-type headphones, although the fitting is quite tight. If you need the antenna out for radio station pick-up, you can simply leave a small gap between the two zip handles (you’d do the same for headphone lead). To operate the tape player you can just unzip to get to the controls, although you will of course need to remove the whole player if you need to change cassettes. I dropped to four stars because it might be a bit too snug - it only just zips fully closed around the antenna when its fully retracted, and personally I’d have preferred an extra quarter of an inch of space, but that’s just me. For the price, it’s well worth it to add protection to your cassette player and for ease of carrying if your player, like mine, has no belt clip and/or wrist strap.

I picked up this player case before realizing that it was sized for a much more compact ByronStatics device than the one I have – however, I do have plans to order another ByronStatics cassette player that is this size, so I'm keeping it around. If any issues arise after using this case in conjunction with said device, I will update this review.However, as it stands, I can say with confidence that this is a high-quality case! It feels, thick and solid without being bulky, the lanyard and belt loop are sturdy and convenient, and the peek-a-boo window is really nice. Even the zipper and the tubed edging feel like they'll last a while. The elastic attaching the two halves of the case will keep your player inside even while unzipped. There's even a nice inner elastic pouch where earbuds can be stashed.All in all, I love this case and can't wait to take it on the road with me!

It has a wrist strap, or you can use the hook-and-loop strap on the back to affix to your belt. There is an inner pocket for small headphones. My Sennheiser fold-up headphones don't fit inside, though. Zipper pulls from each size allow you to leave it partially open for access to top buttons, for leave a small opening for headphone cord or antenna. The mesh window lets you see through to your device, such as the status window of a tape player. It is well made, including the decorative vinyl piping around the edges. I am happy with it.
