My cam audio is not compatible with phone or tv so im getting silent videos?

I've mounted mine on the handlebars, so it's picking up the noise of the bike, but not the sound of anybody talking. Maybe it has to be mounted closer to your mouth. Maybe it's not silent, but too far away from voices for the recording to register. Try talking into the camera at close range to see if it records anything.

Question 2

The battery is not charging. I have tried the second one, how can I tell if it charges?

Why am i only getting 10 minute long videos when i record?

Hello, thank you for purchasing our products. This problem may be caused by SD card, please make sure you are using some well-known brand card, and the speed should be class 10 or higher. The camera can only support up to 32G, if you are using 64g card, that may be also a problem. If the card was not  the first time use, please formatted the card in the camera before using(back up the important file first). Is there a way to extend battery life? A full battery only gave me 36mins of video, split into 4 separate videos.

Thank you for your interest in our action camera H9R.
When shooting 1080P/30fps video, each battery can provide about 80 minutes of video, if you shoot 1080P/60fps or 4K video, the battery life will be reduced accordingly.
According to your description, the battery should be not fully charged. There is a charging indicator next to the camera's power button. When the camera is charging, the LED indicator lights up and is red. When the camera is fully charged, the indicator will go out. Please do not refer to the battery symbol displayed on the camera screen, because the battery symbol does not actually reflect the battery life when charging. The camera is fully charged only when the LED indicator is off.
The video shot by the camera will be automatically cut, because the camera's firmware needs to be compatible with FAT32 files, while FAT32 file is limited to the maximum capacity can not exceed 2G, so the video will be cut, and each video consumes 2G of memory.
