How do i fold up the grabber

The metal part is in two piece which fold by pulling on it - a cable inside the metal allows the grabber to be folded in half. Really simple.

Is it a package of two? The description indicted it is, for it says $6.00 / Count

There was only a single unit in my package

Holding the handle with one hand & trying to turn the grabber with the other hand, it doesn't turn. How to do it?

You have to pull the head out about 1/2 inch before it will turn. Note that it only turns in one direction - don't force it.

Can it fit through narrow 2 inch holes?

I would think not the clasp/grabber is at least two inches wide
