Does anyone have a suggestion? how do i switch the rgb backlight mode, i want to see all different lighting effects

Hi， Thanks for your question. You can press "FN+PrtSc" to change the backlight mode, and press "FN+Del" to change the Bcklight monochrome switching. Yours,

What should I do if my keys don't work anymore?

Hi， Thanks for your question. First, you can try to press FN+Space till all lights flashing to reset the keyboard. If it still does not work, you can use the switch puller to replace the switch with the 4 extra switches. If it still does not work,The package comes with 4 extra switches. You can use the switch and keycap Puller(2-in-1-Design) to replace them. Thank you!

What is the keycap profile? i saw a similar rk keyboard that specified cherry. is this one xda or dsa? something else?

Hello， Thanks for your question！Our keycap is OEM profile.

How do you toggle fn lock on and off? "fn+windows key" does not work, it only toggle the battery light on and off. Great keyboard btw!

FN+Win is the Win key lock, and only works to lock the win key. It's a gamer function first and foremost.
