How do you Change watch bands?

There is a button on each end of your Apple Watch where the band connects. Press this button while sliding the band off. Do this for both ends. Then just slide the new band on. You do not have to press the button to put new band on.

Are these considered a break away band?

No, I wouldn’t consider it to be a breakaway band. It’s easy to remove by slipping it over your hand. And is adjustable

Is it stretchy enough to wear higher towards elbow? I work in a lab and want to be able to slide it up high to prevent it from getting ruined.

They are adjustable, so it would be easy to make the band bigger. I don’t think they are stretchy enough to be able to push up, but you would be able to pull the watch toward your elbow.

Is the band waterproof?

I swam with mine and zero issues.
