Excellent mount but please note if fitting it like i did on the back of a monitor as VESA, you may have to pack it out on a 2012 mini mac as its not as snug a fit as i wanted but it does the job

Recently got this for a late 2012 Mac Mini, and it has been so useful in hiding the Mini, although depending on your monitor cable locations like with mine you might run into problems utilising all the ports as my monitor's display cable is located in the way of the last 2 USB ports.I'm also mindful of heat dissipation, since the way the Mac in situated, the exhaust is facing downwards, I have been using smcFanControl to increase the fan speed to force the heat out faster than the normal fan speed.

Great piece of kit for the money. Its basic but it fits on bak of TV well, holds securely and has easy access. Well worth the mony.

Took a bit of trial and error to find a right-angle HDMI adaptor which allows the mount to sit flush with the back of my tv/monitor, but worth the effort. Mac mini now fits securely and out of sight.

Ich habe eine Möglichkeit gesucht, meinen Mac Mini etwas "platzsparender" auf meinem Schreibtisch zu verstauen. Da sehr viele Geräte angeschlossen sind, waren auch die Kabel ein kleiner "Störfaktor". Durch die Halterung am Monitor haben sich alle Probleme in Luft aufgelöst. Mac verstaut, Kabel sind sauber hinterm Monitor versteckt und trotzdem funktioniert alles noch wie gewohnt. Ich bin super begeistert! Ob der Mac Mini allerdings verkratzt?! Keine Ahnung, da einfach montiert, Mac Mini rein und fertig. Ich hole ihn nicht regelmäßig aus der Halterung und schaue nach Kratzern... Von daher absolute Kaufempfehlung für Personen, die meine "Probleme" teilen :)

As part of my effort to clean up the cable and device clutter on my desk, I purchased this mount to place the Mac Mini behind a monitor using VESA mounts. The VESA compatible screws provided in the kit allowed for perfect installation within 2 minutes. Metal cage holding the Mac Mini in place is very durable and sturdy. The smart simple design allowed for easy access to needed external ports, while not blocking the cooling vent. This mount also permits the Mac Mini to be installed in either the UP or DOWN for maximum flexibility. Mounting kit also contained additional screws and plugs for wall mount where required. A great value compared to other similar mounting solutions, albeit some do provide anti-theft features at a significantly greater cost (2X or more) where security is a concern. No issues in my home office.

Produit très ingénieux, bien fini et solide.Les vis fournies m'ont permis de fixer en 2mn le Mac Mini (late 2012) derrière mon écran Asus 24": gain de place énorme et accessibilité de la connectique de l'ordi bien plus pratique qu'en position horizontale.J'aurai du acheter çà il y a bien longtemps...

Un trasto menos, así tengo el mac escodido detrás del monitor sin ocupar espacio en la mesa. Ojo con los monitores que tengan las salidas de cableado hacia detrás en lugar de hacia abajo, ya que podría tropezar. Es recomendable usar un cable hdmi corto y angulado para no tener muchos cables de colgando, pero si no lo tienes, siempre puedes usar unas bridas de plástico.

CHideit, azienda americana, credo sia la migliore azienda al mondo per questo tipo di prodotti. Avevo acquistato in passato anche un prodotto per la PS4 e mi sono trovato benissimo. Comperato per il mio mac mini 2010 (ma va benissimo anche per modelli di anni successivi) e viene fornito con le viti necessarie. Fissato al lato di una scrivania in legno. Ottima fattura dei materiali. Consigliato.
