My 20% discount didn't apply, even though i bought the akaso ek7000 camera. is there a way you could fix this?

No, pls email Amazon and keep the receipt and proof that the 20% discount never was calculated into the purchase of this item.

It appears there is no way to adjust the angle of chest mount upwards as the hinge piece is too short. Am I missing a longer clip in hinge?

The taller bracket that came with the camera does not fit nor attach to the chest mount. It's not the same base as the other accessory pieces that will attach to the mount.
