Will it hold .410 shells snug or is it made for larger gauge shells? Thanks for your time

410 shells slip right out of the elastic but 12 gauge is too tight. Basically 20 gauge will fit. They should have made one for each size.

Does it come with the shells?

No it comes empty just the pouch.

Can this fit 12 gram co2 canisters?

The 12 gauge shells fit nice and tight so I would imagine the co2 would fit nicely. Plus it closes so they’ll be secure.
