Tiny Magnets
The only problem I have with these are that they are quite small. The size of a pea. So if your project will be ok with pea sized magnets you will be ok, if not there are bigger ones. They are strong enough to hold a single sheet of paper onto a board.

Small, strong magnets which work well
Very small but strong magnets. Great for magnetic whiteboards or any applications where you want a small unobtrusive magnet which is still very strong. Recommended

Good value - smaller than you might think
About half the size of a penny - so quite small, but they hold a couple of sheets of a4 paper to a fridge door no worries and you get loads of them so good value for money.
