How many tapes/strimgs it has? 2 or 3 for 120 cm ?

If you are describing the lifting/blade tilting strings, then there are 3 runs.

How long is the tilting wand on this blind?

Hi there - it is 34 inches / 86 cms

Hi can these be put on outside of window rather than inside window

I presume so just as you use the correct size and fittings
