Are these onxy real Gemstone or synthetic ?

I had purchase real onyx beads at a reputable bead trade show in Albany NY. I needed more for my project and bought these. They appear to be identical to the ones I bought in Albany. Weight,texture,color. I would say I believe they are Onyx . What is commonly considered black onyx is agate -- a banded form of the mineral chalcedony. Agate bands appear in contrasting colors, with no agate stone ever existing as one solid color. To create solid black onyx, banded black agate is treated with sugar and hot sulfuric acid, which turns the stone completely black.

That's a very low price for lapis lazuli. is it genuine? is it dyed? is it reconstituted? are the stones all that dark blue color?

The ones I received were light in color and had lots of white in them. It's for that reason that I don't think they are died. But the depth of color in the photo is not indicative of the true color of the product. If you want a truly deep color you should buy lapis that has been graded, but be prepared to spend 3x+ of the cost of theses beads.

Color is different from pictures

I was expecting the blue sandstone to be more blue and with more sparkle. Some beads were pretty. But most looked dull and grayish black. They almost looked like black onyx but more grey.
