Product till today works good

The insect killer stopped working after just two weeks of use. I registered a complaint immediately, but the after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. Every time I call customer support, I receive the same response—that a replacement motherboard is being shipped. However, no one has contacted me, and nothing has been sent despite multiple follow-ups. It feels like they are simply giving the same excuse instead of resolving the issue. A product is only as good as the company’s customer service, and in this case, both have been a huge disappointment. If this continues, I will have no option but to file a complaint with the consumer forum. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product or the company’s after-sales support. Jul 24th 2026: I received mother board but they have sent wrong mother board. I requested them to sent correct motherboard but they are mot responding

Quality product ,outer case is aluminium and other components are metal .Front grill is removable so it's easy to clean.Lights are bright enough to attract insects and serves its purpose very well .

Customer service needs to improve a lot, Answering the phones on given contact numbers for warranty registration has to be prompt, In the case when there will be a case of failure of product this needs to be more prompt. Request company to improve on aftersales service and customer support! In my case the unit has gone defective with in a month's time and I have raised several complaints on the warranty complaint numbers provided by the I bell company, but the representative is only talking about replacing the tubes , where as the whole unit has gone defective and is not working. I request the senior management of I bell company to take note of this and address this issue.

Good product. Very effective

I have purchased 2 machine but both machines tube's are not working from after 8 to 10 days . I am searching in local market but its not avaliable. Both machines are unused for me . But it was magical that times when those are working.
