Great posture support that works

I was looking for a posture support for quite a while now because I noticed that I'm slouching and both my chiropractor as well as a massage therapist told me that my back feels as hard as a wall. Good for anyone who works at a desk in front of a laptop

I bought the posture support for my husband cause he is a software engineer and he's constantly bent over his laptop, which gives him very bad posture and backpain. He started to feel the difference right away. I received an email from Genation breaking down instructions and benefits of posture support, but still wanted to ask what the long-term benefits are and what the maximum time per day is that he should wear it to get the optimal benefits. I think I'm going to buy another one for myself as well, since I'm quite jealous now. Thank you!

I am not using it. It was too big at the shoulders and the waist cinch kept riding up to my chest. I tried to salvage it but to no avail. It was a complete waste of time for me.
