Water System Operations (WSO) Water Distribution, Grades I & II

I have had books from the American Water Works Association before. These are excellent books for those who are looking into working for water utilities or interested in them. This particular text covers water distribution, where I had the most experience, both as an assistant pump technician and as a water treatment plant operator trainee back in the late 1990s and early 2000s.As an informed consumer with environmental science degrees I feel the want and need to know as much about the world as possible. However, I also have an interest in industrial processes and public utilities. I can never get enough of wells, well pumps, gravity filters, ozone machines, clear wells, high service pumps, and elevated tanks.

Great, informative book on all there is to distribution. It provides great questions at the end of each chapter and has most all vocab you could need!

Just the book alone was everything I needed to pass my local Water Operator Class II license.

Book is definitely worth the investment, it has helped me pass the class 2 water distribution, doesn't have everything you need to pass the exam like it claims, but is a great resource with good sample questions, also all the answers to the sample questions are in the back of the book so you know what the right answer is.

We had bought 2 or 3 other manuals to help our guys study for their test and were disappointed. They said that this book has the information in it that they need to study for the test. They are pleased with it.

Fantastic book reference guide for those working on their water works operator courses for certification.A must read!

Complete comprehensive overall good for learning water delivery

The book to have if Obtaining your Distribution Water License. It’s easy to read and I enjoy it better than the California Book. Easier to understand.
