Is this rug pile thin enough so that a front entry door would open over it?

Yes. It is 1/4” thick; backing, pile, and edging. I just ordered the long runner for our RV because it cleans up well, washes up nicely, (did not put it in the drier however), is such a low pile that doors and drawers easily open over it, and it brings such color and vibrance to the area that it is in. Love these rugs!

Is there any red in this rug or is it pink?
