If plugged in to 220 volt, e.g. Europe, what voltage do outlet sockets supply: is it same as input power or converted to US 110 volt?

220 volts. Most cellphone, camera, tablet chargers, etc. are capable of using 220 volts. And the strips 4 USB power ports work with either 110 or 220. You can get a power converter and plug the strip into it to get 110 volts.

Is it a set of 2 or just 1 item?

It is just 1 item. I agree the picture is confusing. I think they just are trying to show a side view. The little cord wraps around. I love mine. It is very handy for travel.

Are any of the usb outlets fast charge compatible?

No. Beside, the product outlets are fragile and last short time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ITEM

Is this ul listed (rated?)? there is no sticker on it or the box.

I don’t know. I checked mine and there is nothing stamped UL approved. There is also no stick on the cord itself. BUT I’ve had this for quite awhile so I may have pulled off the cord sticker. I can say I’ve never had any problems with it. And it’s never gotten hot on either the plug end or the connector ports. Great purchase.
