This is a wonderful stand-alone Alert / Greeting sensor
This device is simple to use and LOUD enough to hear from a distance. The greeting can be personalized to suit your needs (Welcome, today's deals, or ???). You need a computer, a micro USB data cable, and your sound clip in MP3 or WAV format, up to 3MB according to the documentation. The device will show up as a drive letter, just like a USB memory stick, or MP3 player.

Sweet sound effects
I uses this for an after prom prop. I put on a recorded message. It was a little trick, plug the device into a computer, cut and save all of the existing files. Install your mp3. Re install the original files.
