Does the LED light work independently from the heater? How is it controlled?

Yes, the LED light (dimmable, 3000K & 6000K) and heating settings are both controlled by the same remote control, which also includes timing and lock functions.

How is this heater installed? Can it be hardwired?

It is designed for ceiling installation (20% higher radiation efficiency). The 1.9m power cord supports plug-in or hardwiring for main switch control. Installation manual is provided.

Does this heater circulate dust or change color over time?

No. Radiant heat creates no air circulation (reduces dust). It uses infrared coating technology to prevent surface discoloration, plus advanced overheat protection. CE certified.

How does infrared heating compare to traditional heaters?

It does not directly heat the air, avoiding rapid temperature drops. Heats like sunlight (comfortable), runs silently, carbon-free, and has a built-in thermostat for energy efficiency.
