Product was good and done the job… it is however thick gel like and it was harder to “soap up” wash than others I have used which were more of a moisturiser consistency

You don't realize how important using a specialized cleanser is until you learn the hard way. I really like the size of the tube- it is sturdy and easy to store. I also love how much product is in the tube- this should last me at least 10 months. I feel safe and comfortable after washing. There is no scent which is so important to me. Overall, really happy and satisfied with the DIVA system. You really and truly do not need much and it removes any residue within 5-10 seconds. Obvi cleanse for 30 seconds-1 min if you can. This system has saved me so much money and has really changed my life and made that time of the month so much more comfortable. If you are thinking about using a cup, go for it. Oh- and the consistency of the cleanser is gel like and reminds me of a fruit and vegetable wash if that is helpful to anyone.

Even after switching to a different cup brand, this is the best cleanser!

It seems to work pretty well, and it has a very subtle, short-lived scent reminiscent of citrus.
