Is this true perfume, or is it eau de parfum, eau de cologne, toilet water, etc?

This is an Eau de Parfum. Thanks!

What does Pearl 3.4oz Edp smell like?

Super fresh and clean maybe like a very pleasant smell of the Forrest you love it !

Why online is this perfume 4X the price as in stores?

I don't know why and the perfume is not worth the price either. It does not last up to 15mins. Fantasy of $3 is way worth more than element
