It’s says “reflective” in the description, but there’s no pictures of t being reflective?

Please note the color name, the begin word "Reflect" of product means have reflective function. There are descriptions in photos and texts.

Is this hat for women also?

It's unisex hat. You can adjust the strap. Please refer the size in the description.

Does the mesh allow the sun get through?

The purpose of this mesh is to allow your head "breath" smoothly while working out. But it can also block most sunlight.

These are for smaller heads...no larger models, like 7-3/4 to 8?

I wear a 7-3/4 hat and this because it is adjustable fits just fine.
